As the Roshni team grows and expands their services, the administration time was taking staff away from their primary role of helping people, so the senior team asked us to look at ways of running the organisation more efficiently.
We implemented a highly customised CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 which included the following elements:
- Electronic client case notes with tiered security to maintain client confidentiality
- Attendance system for tracking classes
- Ledger system for monitoring money in/money out
- Reporting, monitoring and management tools for social impact
Roshni now have a system with centralised data, reducing administration time allowing them to provide better services to more people in Sheffield.
The improved monitoring of social impact means reporting for ongoing programs is easier with live data generated using the tools built into the system.
The ability to put together bids for additional funding has been greatly increased because social impact can be demonstrated from high quality, live data.
