Brief
To improve the online brand image of a small boutique recruitment agency in Sheffield. Their website and brand were outdated and in need of a refresh.
With over 25 years' of experience, Anna Maher Recruitment have built up a loyal base of clients and their online presence didn't reflect their unique approach to recruitment. They needed to give better visibility of job vacancies and provide applicants with a GDPR approved system of uploading their CV.
They wanted to increase their SEO presence and drive more traffic to the website to increase applications and service requests.
Process
We started by meeting up and re-imagining the brand to create a more modern look and feel.
With decades of experience in the recruitment industry and an extensive network of contacts in the South Yorkshire area, Anna prides herself in loyal, long-term relationships that she builds with candidates and clients alike. It was obvious her forward-thinking attitude needed to be captured and represented by the branding.
A slick user-friendly website design was proposed which showcased testimonials, bold imagery and the new branding.
We added an Insights section and more information pages to increase the SEO presence and give visitors a real sense of why they should choose Anna Maher as their recruiment agency.
Impact
An intuitive website which allows people to find and apply for jobs easily. The fresh contemporary design both reflects the personalities of the team and the forward-thinking attitude of the agency.
We built a fully GDPR-proof CV upload system for candidates to use which recorded how and when they gave proof for their information to be used.
