Brief

Collingwood Health are a leading provider of healthcare services in the UK and a full scope national occupational health provider. Collingwood health had procured several Dynamics 365 licenses and were looking to roll this out to their Sales Team.

Dynamics CRM was to be used without any configuration, but it was still important for the sales team to hit the ground running.

Arkom were asked to help.

Solution

Since Dynamics was going to be used straight out of the box, our solution included the following elements:

Data migration: Migrating contact information from the old CRM to Dynamics 365 to make the sales team immediately at home with the CRM since it contains familiar information.

Customised training: We provided core system training to all users which was tailored to the requirements of the sales team.

Hands-on support: We provided one of our experienced training sessions, ‘floor walking’ during the first 3 hours of hands-on use by the sales team.

Impact

  • No need to manually enter contact details of existing customer and prospects
  • Fully trained staff able to be productive immediately
  • Buy-in from the sales team was quickly achieved
  • All staff moved from no knowledge of the system to confident users in one day
  • Painless migration to new CRM system
