To design and implement Dynamics 365 for sales to automate and streamline Catering Projects full sales and Project Management Systems. This was to replace in-house developed systems based on Excel spreadsheets which were shared predominantly using Google docs.
We provided detailed envisaging with all key teams to ensure no stone was left unturned in creating a detailed specification of work. This was utilised by the development team to implement the CRM; including custom reports, ribbon customisations and role/team-based security locks to ensure integrity of data and that the system was used correctly throughout the organisation.
Impact & Progression
The CRM is connected with MicroSoft SharePoint to allow documents to be accessed from a single source. Dynamics 365 has already become key to Catering Projects day-to-day processes, and we are already looking into Stage 2 and 3 developments, with further integrations and automation of business processes.
