Assessor & Moderator Portal

When an EPA becomes available for Assessors or Moderators, the self-serve portal will email all Assessors and/or Moderators who are able to Assess/ Moderate that particular standard. They log into their portal and select the EPA based on their availabilit

When an EPA is selected, the Assessor is added to the Shortlist for that EPA on the CRM. The EPA team then assign one or more Assessors to each EPA.

When the Assessor carries out the Assessment, they upload evidence for each Element via the Portal and provide a Grade. A feedback loop is included if the EPA requires additional moderation, so the Assessor can receive feedback from the Moderator via the Portal.
