Most organisations are already using Microsoft products (e.g. Outlook and Office), so it makes sense when considering an investment in other business critical systems, that they take a close look at the full suite of Microsoft products.
The Sheffield IT Partnership is a group of independent specialist companies that provide complimentary business driven IT solutions for medium sized organisations.
The partners often found themselves working on the same independently contracted projects for the same clients, so it seemed natural that they start working together in a more co-ordinated way to further improve the service delivered to their mutual clients. The partners were able to complement each other and deliver integrated solutions that exceeded client expectations.
A suggestion was made that the independent specialists come together to deliver a series of one day workshops to demonstrate how the different parts of the Microsoft suite can be used to provide an integrated solution on a common platform. The sessions were previously well attended and the appetite for the partnership was demonstrable.
In 2014, the Partners decided to formalise their unique approach under the brand “The Sheffield IT Partnership”.
