The project was successfully delivered in line with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sure step processes.
- Phase 1 – Envisaging - determining the business requirements.
- Phase 2 – Development – Ensuring the product matched the business requirements.
- Phase 3 – Data Migration & Deployment – Transferring the data from existing data sources.
- Phase 4 – User Training – Ensuring all users know how to use the system.
This project scope also required the bidirectional integration of their accounts package Access Dimensions. The Arkom team developed the connector which allows the free movement of fulfilled sales data to accounts and the invoicing information back to Dynamics CRM.
The entire project was delivered within strict timescales and to the exact budget.
