Get ready for Dynamics CRM 2013 — Part 1 — Mobile
Since the release of Dynamics CRM 2011, Microsoft has continued to grow the product with a number of updates which have allowed for greater client and team interaction possibilities.
During the last few months of this year the latest full version upgrade, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 will be released for both on demand and on premises customers. This release heralds a shift away from the current format which was seen in Microsoft CRM v3, v4 and 2011.
Microsoft is responding well to the rapid emergence and use of tablet devices within the business community and this product is a clear demonstration of that.
The main user interface has been completely redesigned to be touch optimised. Large coloured buttons display the new navigation schema and swiping through the various stages and related forms is seamless. This is going to be a real boost for organisation that utilise mobile devices such as Tablet PC’s and iPads.
With the release of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 there will be a number of native mobile phone apps for users on iPhones, Android and Windows 8 devices. These have been developed to give users a very simple to use mobile experience allowing for information to be quickly found and entered.
