Fundraising Preference Service (FPS) requires that people can opt out for up to 2 years from receiving communications.
This means the system must:
a) Have an opt out facility
b) Have a duplicate detection facility when new data is uploaded to prevent user preferences from being overwritten.
Dynamics has the tools to do both of these. The charity needs to actually use the tools, which is a user responsibility, but the question is does the Ribbon CRM system support FPS and yes it does because Dynamics supports it.
