An error appeared this week for users accessing Dynamics CRM 2013 using Chrome.

The latest version of Chrome, v38, causes an error in Dynamics 2013 as highliged in a previous blog post.

We have been using this work around: When you get the error (Red and white X 'Error') click OK, you should then get an option to 'Look Up More Records', click this link and use the dialogue box to look up the record.
