36% increase in donations received
A recent meeting with one of clients revealed that they achieved a 36% increase in donations received as a result of Arkom's Charity CRM.
This increase was not possible without the ability to gain insights into who people were donating. By adopting CRM best practice, they were able to identify who was donating, when and why. This allowed them to better target messages to existing donors and target and identify new donors.
