The Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP) needed an integrated membership system to support growth and increase engagement online, while continuing to provide valuable resources for both healthcare professionals and parents.
Their existing processes made membership sign‑up, renewals and administration time‑consuming and placed unnecessary pressure on the committee. APCP also needed to increase revenue, offer flexible payment options, automate renewals and provide public visibility for members through an online directory; all while delivering a smooth, user‑friendly experience.
