The Challenge

Light Peer Support (LPS) supports families affected by perinatal mental health illness in Sheffield and beyond. While the organisation already had a Dynamics 365 CRM system in place, the team felt they weren’t getting the level of support needed to make the most of it.

Over time, issues had built up that affected usability, reliability and confidence in the system. LPS needed a responsive support partner who could stabilise the CRM, resolve immediate issues and help the team get more value from the platform; both now and in the future.

The Solution

We proposed onboarding LPS onto Arkom’s standard CRM support, providing access to a team of Dynamics and Power Platform specialists as and when needed.

Our approach focused on three key areas:

  • Onboarding & Support Setup
    We onboarded LPS onto our support model, registered as the Dynamics provider, and took delegated admin access to manage the environment and act as their Microsoft liaison.

  • System Tidy‑Up & Quick Wins
    We carried out an initial system tidy‑up to resolve usability issues, improve robustness and address any immediate pain points. Working through the system together, we implemented fixes in real time and identified further improvements and longer‑term opportunities.

  • Training & Enablement
    Following the tidy‑up, we documented key CRM processes in a clear walkthrough guide. This was validated with Super Users and provided as training material to support knowledge sharing and onboarding of future users.

The Outcome

Light Peer Support now has a more stable, reliable and user‑friendly CRM system, backed by a dedicated support partner who understands their organisation and goals.

Immediate issues were resolved, confidence in the system improved, and the team is better equipped to use and manage CRM day‑to‑day. Clear documentation and training have empowered Super Users to support others internally, reducing reliance on external support for routine tasks.

The result is a stronger CRM foundation that allows LPS to focus on what matters most; supporting families, while knowing their systems are robust, supported and ready to evolve.
