The Challenge
Light Peer Support (LPS) supports families affected by perinatal mental health illness in Sheffield and beyond. While the organisation already had a Dynamics 365 CRM system in place, the team felt they weren’t getting the level of support needed to make the most of it.
Over time, issues had built up that affected usability, reliability and confidence in the system. LPS needed a responsive support partner who could stabilise the CRM, resolve immediate issues and help the team get more value from the platform; both now and in the future.
