Colchester Machine Tool Solutions has been a trusted name in engineering and manufacturing for over a century, with a proud heritage built on three respected brands: Colchester, Harrison and Pratt Burnerd International. However, their website no longer reflected this legacy or supported the evolving needs of the business.
The existing CMS was difficult to manage, limiting flexibility for content editors and making it hard to create marketing‑led landing pages. Historically, the site functioned more as an information repository rather than an active sales and customer support tool. Colchester needed a platform that could support a wide range of use cases, from showcasing machinery and spare parts to giving customers secure access to technical documentation.
