ARCA, the UK’s leading asbestos industry association, needed to modernise its digital systems to better support members, staff and training teams.

Their existing CRM, website and portal were no longer fit for purpose, resulting in disconnected systems, limited data visibility and manual, time‑consuming processes. ARCA wanted to improve the member experience while making internal processes more efficient and future‑proof.

Automation has significantly reduced admin, with online payments, CRM‑driven training records and automatic certificate expiry reminders all handled within the system.

The result is a more robust, scalable platform that lowers support costs, improves operational efficiency and empowers ARCA’s team to manage and evolve the system in‑house.
