Working directly with the Sales, Marketing and IT teams as well as their NAV provider, a detailed specification was drawn up and a standalone website was developed. The website links directly into NAVISION surfacing customer details and pricing matrixes, as well as an overall view of the status of their orders from processing to dispatch.
Jepson’s customers now have a direct online ordering method and 24/7 availability on pricing. The customer service team now no longer need to re-key customers’ orders and the whole process is smoother and simpler to use from both internal and external perspectives.
