Create a website to rehome all the 600 group machine tool solutions under one roof. The brand image needed realigning to simplify their offering and an eCommerce solution for spare parts was also vital to create a more cohesive online presence to serve both new and existing customers.
As well as giving the general feel an uplift, we worked closely with the Colchester marketing department to best decide how the products should be categorised and tied in to the spares section to maximise usability for new users.
The website is now much more effective in displaying products and getting users to where they need to be quickly. Information is clearer and the addition of the new eCommerce solution provides are comprehensive platform to combat potential threats in the marketplace. With a huge opportunity to expand the spares market globally, potential impact will be far-reaching.
