The BNMA offers definitive information for the number plate industry. As well as being a knowledge base, they advocate best practice and have a number of members which only supply British Standard materials to the industry and advise their customers on all things number plate related.
They wanted a completely fresh look and feel to promote themselves as a comprehensive knowledge base for the industry.
They also wanted to bring more value to their members by creating a members-only portal to access exclusive documentation and information.
Our first step was doing a Branding Workshop, establishing exactly where the BNMA wanted to be positioned. From that, numerous brand directions were created and the best option conferred.
Once this was established, we turned our attentions to the key call-to-actions which should appear on the website, putting the user at the forefront of our decision-making.
A much cleaner and more modern aesthetic was achieved, increasing professionalism and trust in the brand.
The site is easy to navigate, with clear headings and multi-level drop down navigation. A useful search facility is the focal point of this website, whose primary mission is to help and inform. "Trending" searches and suggestive search functionality aid the user in an unobtrusive way to get them to where they need to be.
Members also now have a much richer experience with access to restricted content via the Member Login, increasing value-added benefits.
