We were tasked to take over the existing Dynamics 365 CRM system from their existing supplier and manage the full CRM system, including integrations to the Website and their ERP system. We also needed to carry out further development to the functionality and reporting elements to update and improve the system.
Arkom's CRM support and development team spent some time familiarising themselves with the ARCA system and produced a list of improvements to both functionality and robustness which helped to futureproof the system.
Arkom also provided additional training for staff to empower them to be able to carry out report writing and template creation in-house.
We now provide a reduced cost of support, faster response to development requests. The system is now much more robust and the staff are better equipped to use this powerful CRM system.
