We´ve had another amazing session last week for small-medium sized charities and non-for-profits.
Those attended commented as to how they were amazed with how much a CRM can impact on their organisation such as:
- marketing and segmentation saving time, resources and money reaching the right audiences to retain and gain supporters/donors,
- managing staff and resources
- the ease of pulling reports internal and external use so as drawing figures for funding bids
