Always keen to experience new cultures (and sample their national dishes!), Andria’s language learning curve began at the age of six when she moved with her immediate family from Madagascar to France. Fluent in French, English, Malagasy, and up to speed in Spanish, Andria is also well-versed in a whole host of IT languages.

With over 6 years industry experience in internet programming and software development, Andria graduated from a Master Degree in Computer Engineering in 2002, having previously gained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng Hons) in Sheffield and an HND equivalent in Electronic Systems and Computer Engineering in France. Prior to joining the team at Arkom, Andria has worked in IT support, programming and web development for a wide range of companies throughout the UK and Ireland; more recently as a Freelance Web Developer, teaming up with her partner for design input.

Andria’s passion for traveling has taken her all over the world, and she occasionally pops back to Paris to catch up with her parents, sisters, brother and of course her two dogs ‘Pilou’ and ‘Lumiere’ - while in Sheffield however, animal-lover Andria will just “...make do with the next door neighbour’s cat.” When it comes to entertainment, nothing beats a good night out with friends celebrating global culinary delights. Alternatively, a night in hosting skin care product ‘pampering session’ evenings followed by a good movie, will always hit the spot.
