Requirements:
Downs Surgical came to us explaining that their website was too complicated, which affected visitor usage and the take-up of their online services. Aesthetically, the web site's appearance did not accurately reflect their polished company image, and they lacked the ability to edit content.

Solution:
Arkom reduced complexity to increase the take-up of online services provided by the website and improved the navigation which made it easier to find products. Our team of designers created a fresher more aesthetically-pleasing visual identity, giving the website the professional image it deserved.
It was unusual to see a website with low volumes of traffic despite having a strong online presence. Our team of programmers built a new site from the ground up, optimised with 'search engine friendly' architecture.
The new site placed Downs Surgical firmly in control of their content using the Content Management System. To help them make the most of this arkom provided extensive training, allowing the staff at downs to populate the site with rich, optimised content.
